Tatarstan has implemented an annual plan for individual housing construction

This was announced by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin at a republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The overall plan as of June 7 was fulfilled by 70% – 2 million 187 thousand square meters of housing were commissioned:

- 29% of the planned volume has been commissioned through commercial construction: these are 76 apartment buildings with a total area of 432 thousand square meters. m.

- in terms of social mortgages, the annual plan has been fulfilled by 65%. Of the 56 houses that need to be built this year, 25 have been commissioned. Their total area is 105 thousand square meters.

- and 12 thousand 228 houses with an area of 1 million 650 thousand square meters have been commissioned through individual housing construction.
