The general plan of housing construction in the republic has been fulfilled by 70%

The general housing construction plan as of June 22 was completed by 70%, 2 million 196 thousand square meters were commissioned. This was reported by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin at a meeting at the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconference meeting with all municipal districts of Tatarstan. First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Nigmatullin also took part in the meeting.

29% of the planned volume has been commissioned through commercial construction - 76 apartment buildings with a total area of 433 thousand square meters. m.

In terms of social mortgages, the annual plan has been fulfilled by 70%. Of the 56 houses that need to be built this year, 27 have been commissioned. Their total area is 112.4 thousand square meters.

As of today, 12 thousand 228 houses with an area of 1 million 650 thousand square meters have been commissioned through individual housing construction.
