2.4 million square meters of housing have been commissioned in Tatarstan

To date, the general plan for housing commissioning in the Republic of Tatarstan has been fulfilled by 77% - 2 million 420 thousand square meters have been commissioned. This was announced by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin at a republican meeting in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Thus, 32% of the planned volume has been commissioned through commercial construction - this is 81 apartment buildings with a total area of 477 thousand square meters. m.

In terms of social mortgages, the annual plan has been fulfilled by 73%. Of the 56 houses that need to be built this year, 28 have been commissioned. Their total area is 118 thousand square meters.

As of today, 13.5 thousand houses with an area of 1 million 831 thousand square meters have been commissioned through individual housing construction.
