Issues of the construction of the infrastructure facilities of special economic zone “Alabuga” were discussed today at the meeting with contract organizations in IP SEZ “Alabuga” held by Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Yu.L.Alyashev.
Currently, general contractor OJSC “Kamgesenergostroi” performs installation and construction works at the infrastructure facilities of the second stage of the construction of SEZ “Alabuga”: rain sewerage and water supply systems along motor road Sh-9 and motor road M-7 are to be commissioned soon. As for Park Synergiya for automotive components production, the roof is being installed, sandwich panels of the production building are being mounted, windows and stained-glass windows are being installed and utilities are being arranged. Subcontractor LLC “Gidroelektromontazh” carries out the installation of equipment of large power engineering facilities RP-1.2 and GPP-3. Subcontractors LLC “DSK KMK-2” and LLC “Gazoblokstroi” conduct the installation of the houses of the cottage settlement, and also a three-storied house for 64 apartments for experts of SEZ “Alabuga”. LLC “Kamgesgrazhdanstroi” conducts monolithic works at object “Specialized school with profound studying of English”. 25 subcontract organizations are involved in the work with the total number of 558 workers. Since the beginning of the current year, 2.8 billion rubles have been assimilated.
General contractor OJSC “Trest Kamdorstroi” completed the laying of asphalt and vertical layout of motor road Sh-9, and is preparing to deliver the work to the Customer. Since the beginning of the current year, 373.4 million rubles have been assimilated. Following the results of the meeting the contractors were asked to follow the coordinated schedules of production of the construction and installation works and to increase the rates of the work for ensuring the timely completion of the construction and commissioning of the facilities in 2013 and the facilities being transferred to 2014. Also the participants considered the issues of observance by contract organizations of the requirements of occupational health and safety during installation and construction works, requirements of fire safety, and requirements of the nature protection legislation.
