A new kindergarten opened in village Osinovo in Zelenodolsky area

New kindergarten “Radost” was opened in village Osinovo in Zelenodolsky area of Tatarstan. President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the opening ceremony. Accompanied by Head of Zelenodolsky municipal area Aleksandr Tygin, Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing A.S.Akhmetshin and other officials the President examined the kindergarten.

All conditions for education and training of children are created herein. The building houses 14 group premises with sleeping rooms, sports and musical halls, classrooms of the Tatar language, 2 logopedic classrooms, a fine art studio, a psychologist’s office, a well-planned sports field, a medical block with two insulators, a catering unit, a laundry, a vegetable storehouse and storerooms. The kindergarten was built under patronage of the President of Tatarstan.

As reported by Director of the kindergarten Nailya Andreyanova, all the conditions for implementation of the main general education program of preschool education are created in the kindergarten. 12 groups are all-developing, and 2 groups are logopedic (they are intended for children with speech disorders).

“Protection and strengthening of physical and mental health of children are in a priority”, said the Director speaking about the purposes of the educational process.

The new kindergarten is designed for 260 children. According to Nailya Andreyanova, there are no vacant places in the kindergarten as all of them were occupied at once.

Children, their parents and inhabitants of the village were congratulated by Rustam Minnikhanov on this significant event. He noted that this event had been a long-awaited one for many people. They started building the kindergarten a few years ago, later the implementation of the project stopped. “Then the decision was made to complete the construction. And today we arrived to open a fine kindergarten. Everything here is done soundly with loving care, with all the heart”, said the President of Tatarstan.

 “This is a house for our children. I hope that kids will feel comfortable here”, - he said. According to Rustam Minnikhanov, such kindergartens should be built in the Republic. He reported that 30 thousand new places in kindergartens will be created in Tatarstan during the next three years. “A kindergarten is not only a place where children spend a certain time. This is a place where children receive necessary skills which will be useful in the future i.e. at school, at institute, in life”, added the President. Therefore, such establishments and experts who work with children are so important for the Republic.

Rustam Minnikhanov thanked all who had been involved in the construction of kindergarten “Radost”. As a gift to a new kindergarten he handed over the certificate to purchase the projection equipment.

For reference use. Zelenodolsky area has 48 preschool educational establishments and 5 elementary schools attended by seven thousand five hundred and seventy seven children at the age of 2 months up to 7 years old. The coverage by the preschool education is 63 percent.
