Marat Aizatullin reported on the progress of the overhaul of social facilities

Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin reported on the progress of work on capital repair programs for socio-cultural facilities and apartment buildings at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan today.

The meeting in videoconference mode with all regions of the republic was held by the Rais of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

185 facilities are being renovated according to educational programs. The overhaul of preschool educational institutions has been completed by 91%. This week, work has been completed at 6 sites: in Sabinsky, Vysokogorsky, Bugulminsky, Apastovsky, Kukmor districts and in Almetyevsk. 84% of the planned amount of work has been closed for the repair of schools and educational centers. This week, 4 facilities have been completed in Nizhnekamsk, Yutazinsky districts and Kazan. The same amount of work has been closed on the repair of 94 food units. Over the past two weeks, work has been completed on 8 sites.

92% was completed by contractors for the repair of 4 resource centers. The repair of the Nurlat Agricultural College was completed this week.

89% is construction and installation work on 15 student dormitories. One facility in Kazan was completed by contractors this week.

In the healthcare sector, 138 medical facilities are included in the current year's overhaul programs. The program for the repair of 82 paramedic and obstetric stations is nearing completion - construction and installation work has reached 96% here. 68 of them have already been commissioned.

The program for the repair of 25 polyclinics is in a high stage of readiness - the total performance of work amounted to 89%. Of the 13 completed facilities, 5 contractors have commissioned over the past 2 weeks - one facility each in Kazan, Alkeevsky, Nizhnekamsk districts and two facilities in Laishevsky district. The implementation of program measures for the overhaul of 31 medical hospitals is estimated at 71%.

24 facilities are being renovated in the Culture industry. For 5 children's art schools, the completion rate is 88%. This week, contractors completed work on the facility in the Vysokogorsky district. Construction and installation works reached 73% in 19 industry institutions.

28 facilities have been designated in the field of youth policy. For 7 youth centers, repairs were carried out by 35%, for the repair of 9 children's health camps - 46%, for the repair of 6 teen clubs - 65%. Over the past 2 weeks, we have completed work at a teenage club in the Vysokogorsky district.  33% of the total volume has been closed for the repair of psychological and pedagogical assistance centers.

For 21 objects in the field of Ecology, the total performance of work reached 82%. Of the 9 completed facilities, 3 contractors have commissioned over the past 2 weeks in the cities of Mendeleevsk, Buinsk and Yelabuga district.
