Dear friends! Dear colleagues, industry veterans!
Every year, at the height of summer and the construction season, we honor one of the most respected professions in the world — the profession of a builder. I would not be mistaken if I said that this profession is as ancient as our civilization is. And at whatever stage of development humanity would be at, construction has always been at the forefront of progress!
That was the case, and it still is today, when the construction industry is one of the leading sectors of the economy. The bolder and more ambitious the tasks that the leadership of the country and the republic sets for us, the more complex and ambitious the projects that we implement become.
Tatarstan's construction complex is one of the most powerful in Russia today. In recent years, we have been introducing more than 3 million square meters of housing annually, and we are not going to lower this bar. Dozens of schools and kindergartens, health and cultural institutions, sports facilities are being built and repaired, parks and squares are being landscaped. Of course, it is possible to achieve such results only together, working in a cohesive team, giving oneself entirely to a big cause.
For many of us, this is not just a profession, but a life's work. With your selfless work, you create stability and comfort for the lives of millions of our fellow citizens.
Separately, today I would like to mention colleagues working in the new Russian territories who are taking part in the restoration of settlements.
And, of course, I would like to express special gratitude from our entire construction department to the veterans of the industry, who laid a strong foundation for its development, inspiring us to creative work with their example, professionalism, hard work and patriotism.
Dear colleagues!
I wish you good health and happiness. May family well–being be a strong foundation for you, and professional success be an incentive for further labor victories.
Happy holidays, friends! Happy Builder's Day!
