The awarding ceremony of the winners of the All-Russian competition of professional skills in the field of construction "The best estimator: League of Regions" took place in Kazan. Tatarstan Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services Marat Aizatullin took part in the award ceremony.
The purpose of the competition is to increase the efficiency of specialists in the field of pricing and estimated rationing in construction.
The main objectives of the competition are to identify the best specialists in the field of pricing and estimated rationing, increase the prestige of the profession, spread best practices in the field of pricing and estimated rationing in construction.
Olesya Yarkina from St. Petersburg became the best estimator of 2024 according to the results of the competition. The award was presented by Marat Aizatullin, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, Leonid Stavitsky, Chairman of the Board of the Association of Expertise of Russia, and Artur Yarulin, Deputy General Director for the construction of the Alabuga Special Economic Zone.
The competition of professional skills for the title of "Best estimator" has been held in the Republic of Tatarstan since 2014. During this time, 453 specialists took part in the competition.
The organizers of the competition were the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, the State Expertise of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Association of Expertise of Russia, the Volga branch of the Glavgosexpertiza of Russia, FAU RosKapStroy, the Union of Builders of the Republic of Tatarstan, Kazan State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering.
