Progress of major repairs of apartment houses in Buinsky area

Nine houses are being renovated this year in Buinsky municipal area of the Republic of Tatarstan. The work is being completed. Contractors have gained considerable experience in the repair of apartment buildings. The work was kept under strict control. Under the guidance of Head of the district executive committee Salim Dautov, meetings with the participation of the residents of the houses under repairs are held in the yards.

Despite the fact that apartment house 1 “A” located in Komsomolskaya Street was built 40 years ago, it has never been repaired. Thanks to the builders of company “Stroigarant” the house was changed during two months. The roof was covered with warmed shaped boarding, and the building exterior was covered with siding of white and blue colors. Water supply and sewerage pipes were replaced. The floor in the entrance on the first floor and outside was covered with paving manufactured by this contractor. This building material was widely used. The canopy made of polycarbonate turned out to be very pleasing. Old windows were replaced by plastic ones and the entrances became lighter. The residents welcome the acceptance commission and treated them with tea and sweet things.

House number 114 in Zhores Street was built later, but waited for the builders’ skill. The residents of the third floor were flooded with rainwater as the roof was covered with slate.

After inspecting house number 25 in Nekrasov Street it becomes clear that the builders take care of people. This 2-storey apartment building is the first house built in 1970 for irrigation engineers of “Mobile Mechanical Division No.123” (Hydro-service). According to the residents, in 1983 they replaced the water pipes in the house. This time the sewerage pipes were replaced down to the pit, the house was covered with siding and a new roof.

“Some operations were not included. And yet, we would like to complete them. We wrote letters. Our request was met. And the contractors did their best, and we also did what we could”, says senior tenant Nadezhda Yevdokimova. The work has been completed in house number 3 in Gagarin Street. Double-pressure boilers were installed five years ago. Therefore, the builders inspected the serviceability of ventilation pipes. A house built for the workers of Buinsky power grids in Garnizova Street also became old. The repairs in the house built in 1988, are being completed.
