The VIII International Conference "Development of the Institute of Construction Expertise" will be held in Tatarstan

On September 9, 2024, the VIII International Conference "Development of the Institute of Construction Expertise" will be held in Kazan. The event will be held with the support of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation, as well as the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The main vectors of the business program of the VIII International Conference will be:

- strategic priorities for the development of the Institute of Construction Expertise and their role in improving national construction complexes;

- an effective customer model and best practices for managing the cost, timing, and quality of projects;

- digital construction management and new tools for working with expertise data at all stages of the life cycle of facilities.

The participants will also discuss issues of improving pricing and estimated rationing in construction, practical experience in using the resource index method (RIM) in Russia, the development of professional competencies, and much more.
