A multi-service centre opened in village Kulanga in Kaibitsky area

A multi-service centre was opened in village Kulanga in Kaibitsky municipal area
of Tatarstan. It has two offices for a first-aid station, one for the reception of patients, and the other for treatment procedures. The latter has two refrigerators for storage of medicines, and a “warm” lavatory. The main thing is that the premises are heated, equipped with light fixtures and have all the conditions for patients and medical workers. The first-aid station was built in the premises of Kulaginsky grain reception entre which had not been repaired for many years.

“There were no lavatories, the walls were not heated even in summer, and there was no comfort therein. But we tried to do our best, and strictly followed the appointment of doctors, went on calls. The people did not complain. And now we will work even harder, as comfortable conditions will certainly influence the result”, says a medical assistant.

The same opinion is shared by Zinaida Kozlova. She is 78, and she constantly needs the assistance of a nurse and medicine.

“The first-aid station used to be at hand, and she often called nurse Milyausha, who responded quickly and came without delay. Now, after a stroke, it has become difficult to move around”, she complained.

We met with her on the opening day of the country club. She came to look at the new cultural center, and visited the first-aid station. The next day she came together with elderly residents of the rural settlement at a concert at the club. Good for her!

“As long as my health permits I should move”, said the pensioner.
