First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Nigmatullin held a regular meeting of the Republican Headquarters on preparation for the heating period 2024-2025 in videoconference mode with all municipal districts today.
Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Mazit Salikhov provided operational information on the preparation of housing and communal services and social facilities for the heating period.
Thus, according to the data entered into the Housing Stock Monitoring system, today the total percentage of readiness of facilities in the republic is 98%.
Social protection facilities and kindergartens are fully prepared.
In the housing fund, the readiness passports are issued by 97%. Work continues in 24 municipalities on 555 sites.
Boiler rooms are 98% ready. 51 facilities in 4 municipalities remain in operation.
117 facilities have been prepared in the field of youth policy, which is 98%. There are 2 facilities left in operation in the Kukmor and Nizhnekamsk districts.
For sports facilities, the performance is 99%. The work has not been completed at 1 facility in the Yutazinsky district.
99% of the facilities in the healthcare sector have been prepared. There is still 1 facility in operation in the Tukayevsky district.
There are 3 cultural sites remaining - in Nizhnekamsk, Sarmanovsky and Zelenodolsk districts. In general, the readiness of the industry facilities is 99%.
During the meeting, the Chief State Housing Inspector of the Republic of Tatarstan, Alexander Tygin, presented information on the preparation of the housing stock for the heating period 2024-2025.
Rustam Gaptraupov, Deputy Head of the State Budgetary Institution "Management of Rational Use of Fuel and Energy Resources", spoke about the state of readiness of reserve fuel farms of gas-consuming enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The First Deputy Prime Minister drew the attention of the participants of the republican headquarters to the seriousness of this issue. Addressing the heads of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan, the GJI of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Volga Region Department of Rostechnadzor, Rustam Nigmatullin called for taking the necessary measures to obtain readiness passports.
