More than 70 apartment buildings have been registered for cadastral registration in Tatarstan since the beginning of the year

For 8 months of this year, the Office of the Federal Register for the Republic of Tatarstan in the Unified State Register of Real Estate (EGRN) entered information on the registration of 73 apartment buildings (MKD) on state cadastral registration. The total area of the objects registered during this period of time amounted to almost 712 thousand square meters.               

The largest number of high-rise buildings since the beginning of this year has been put on cadastral registration in Kazan (17 MKD) and the Vysokogorsky district (13 MKD). 10 MKD each – in the Pestrechinsky and Zelenodolsk districts. There are 8 MKD in Naberezhnye Chelny. In Verkhneuslonsky – 5 MCD, Nizhnekamsk – 3 MCD. 2 MKD each – in Almetyevsk and Alekseevsky districts. 1 MKD each – in Laishevsky, Arsky and Aksubaevsky.

In total, according to the Federal Register of Tatarstan, to date, the EGRN contains information on 23,483 apartment buildings with a total area of about 83.3 million square meters.m.

Recall that from September 1, 2023, the state authorities and local governments that have decided to issue a permit for the commissioning of a capital construction facility are required to submit documents not only for cadastral registration, but also for registration of ownership rights for the developer. The law applies to real estate objects that are being built without attracting funds from shareholders and investors.
