Marat Aizatullin reported on the implementation of programs for the overhaul of socio-cultural facilities

The implementation of capital repair programs for social and cultural facilities in Tatarstan is nearing completion. In the field of education, only one object remains in operation - a kindergarten in the Mendeleevsky municipal district. Its implementation is 98%. This was announced by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin at a republican meeting in the Government House.

In total, one national project, two state and 4 republican programs are being implemented in Tatarstan in the field of education, which include 185 different sectoral institutions.

In the healthcare industry, 138 facilities are included in one national project and two republican programs. Of these, 4 out of 25 polyclinics are in operation today (two in Nizhnekamsk district and one each in Naberezhnye Chelny and Kazan). The total completion of the program is 99%.

According to the hospital repair program, 20 out of 31 facilities are in operation (performance is estimated at 87%). Over the past two weeks, one facility has been completed in Buinsk and Kazan.

In the field of youth policy, one national project and 4 republican programs are being implemented, which include 28 facilities. In particular, 6 out of 7 youth centers are undergoing repairs (54% of them are completed). Of the 9 children's health camps included in the program, six remain in operation (64% completion).

Repairs are continuing in two of the six teen clubs (83% completed).

The repair of 6 centers of psychological and pedagogical assistance was carried out by 53% of the total volume.

In the field of ecology, the implementation of state and republican programs aimed at flood protection and ensuring the safety of hydraulic structures is nearing completion. Of the 21 facilities, work continues on 3. The implementation of them is more than 90%. Over the past 2 weeks, facilities in Sabinsky and Kukmor districts have been completed.

In addition, the following works are being carried out within the framework of the republican programs. The Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan is repairing social service organizations (98% completion). Last week, one facility was commissioned in Kazan.

The repair of forestry buildings by the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan has been completed by 93%. 

88% of the planned volume has been completed at the facilities of the Ministry of Sports of the Republic of Tatarstan. This week, 2 facilities have been completed in Kamsko-Ustinsky and Aktanyshsky districts.

Less than 1 percent remains until the completion of the program for the repair of buildings of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan – work is being completed at the facility in Kazan.

The repair of military commissariats was carried out by 96%, municipal archives - by 75%, buildings of magistrates - by 97%. The renovation of the buildings of the Rosgvardiya was completed at 95% of the plan.
