29 social care homes have been commissioned in the Republic of Tatarstan

Due to investments of the State Housing Fund under the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan in the residential area "Salavat Kupere" of Kazan, it is planned to complete 6 residential buildings for 880 apartments by the end of this year.

The new buildings will be located in the residential quarter "Makhabbat" and will be intended for participants of housing programs of the State Housing Fund. Their technical readiness currently varies from 86% to 96.4%.

At the moment, engineering networks are being installed in some houses, interior finishing works are being carried out, and the territory is being landscaped. In addition, facade work is underway.

In total, there will be 14 houses of variable number of storeys (10-18 floors) in the residential complex "Makhabbat" for 2003 apartments. Five of them have already been completed and occupied. 564 Kazan families received comfortable housing at affordable preferential terms of social mortgages.

To date, 29 residential buildings with a total area of 126.2 thousand square meters have been commissioned in Tatarstan.
