Utility providers start installing system “KIT” in apartments of debtors for utility services in Yelabuga

The first debtor left without sewerage, paid off his debts in the amount of 21 thousand rubles. Drainage system in his apartment has already been restored. This was reported today by the heat supplier.

It should be recalled that a week ago the utility providers began installing system “KIT” in the apartments of the debtors for utility services. Using a special technique they disconnect the drainage system in the apartments. Thus, the drainage system was disconnected in 20 apartments. The other debtors have not yet paid their debts. At the same time, some of them, contrary to the assurances of the experts, found a way to remove the special caps.

 “These measures will not help. We plan to make door-to-door rounds, and bring violators to administrative responsibility. We will carry out joint raids with the police and the management company”, said deputy chief engineer of Yelabuga heating networks Rafael Salakhov.

By the way, it was as a result of the re-round check when the fact of the system breaking had been discovered. “We will go out again and check the apartments; if the cap has been shifted it will be reinstalled. “This work will be carried out systematically”, promise the utility providers.

Some citizens support the measures, some of them think this method to be too severe and some citizens are sure that this method is not effective. In addition, Head of the area Gennady Yemelyanov ordered to find these debtors and announce their surnames right from the main grandstand of the city.
