The general plan for housing commissioning in the Republic of Tatarstan has been fulfilled by 93%, 2 million 921 thousand square meters have been commissioned. This was announced by the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Damir Shaidullin at a republican meeting in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The meeting in videoconference mode with all municipalities was held by the Rais of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. Chairman of the State Council of Tatarstan Farid Mukhametshin and Prime Minister of the Republic Alexey Pesoshin took part in the work.
Thus, almost 50% of the planned volume has been commissioned through commercial construction: 118 apartment buildings with a total area of 734 thousand square meters.
In terms of social mortgages, the annual plan has been fulfilled by 78%. Of the 56 houses that need to be built this year, 29 have been commissioned. Their total area is 126 thousand square meters.
"This week, a residential building of 12 sq.m. in the village of Aksubaevo was put into operation. Among the recipients are orphans, young families, budget categories of citizens registered under the program, as well as 3 apartments will be distributed among rental housing," Damir Shaidullin noted.
As for individual housing construction, 15,262 houses with an area of 2 million 60 thousand square meters have been commissioned to date.
Two out of 4 programs remain in operation to provide housing for certain categories of citizens. Out of 621 residential premises for orphans, 4 state contracts have been concluded for 521 residential premises in 23 municipalities, and an auction has been announced for 100 premises by the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic within the framework of the fifth state contract. According to the category "Large families with 5 or more children", 25 out of 28 certificates have been sold for a total area of 2,300 sq.m.
