According to the head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan, 51% of the planned volume has been commissioned through commercial construction: these are 126 apartment buildings with a total area of 747 thousand square meters. m. The annual plan for social mortgages has been fulfilled by 78%. Of the 56 houses that need to be built this year, 29 have been commissioned. Their total area is 126 thousand square meters. And 16,175 houses with an area of 2 million 183 thousand square meters were commissioned through individual housing construction.
