Tatarstan was among the leaders of the program of renovation of apartment buildings

The Republic of Tatarstan ranks fifth in the country in terms of the number of renovated apartment buildings in 2024.

Most of the houses were renovated this year in Moscow — 2711, in the Moscow region — 2201, in St. Petersburg — 1136, in the Samara region — 729.

As of today, 711 houses have been overhauled in Tatarstan, construction and installation work continues in 38 houses in 7 municipalities.

According to Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Marat Khusnullin, from January to October, more than 22 thousand residential buildings with a total area of 92.3 million square meters were renovated in the country. The work carried out helps to maintain the housing stock in a standard condition and extend the service life of the facilities.

"Since the beginning of the year, thanks to regional programs, 22,376 apartment buildings with an area of 92.3 million square meters have been renovated. More than 3.5 million residents live in renovated houses," the Deputy Prime Minister said.
