This was announced at a meeting at the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.

The head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan clarified that 51% of the planned volume has been commissioned through commercial construction: these are 126 apartment buildings with a total area of 747 thousand square meters.

In terms of social mortgages, the annual plan has been fulfilled by 83%. Of the 56 houses that need to be built this year, 30 have been commissioned. Their total area is 134 thousand square meters.

16,175 houses with an area of 2 million 183 thousand square meters were commissioned through individual housing construction.
