Naila Zinnatullina, Director of the RT Urban Development Institute Foundation, reported on the completion of work on the Our Yard program in Tatarstan and plans for the next year at a meeting at the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Naila Zinnatullina drew the attention of the meeting participants to the pace of preparation and delivery of documentation within the framework of the program. Thus, the documentation for road works was completed by 67%, for the installation of lighting – by 61%, and for the installation of equipment – by 97%.
According to Naili Zinnatullina, the transfer of executive documentation on road works has been completed by 25 municipal districts, work continues on the transfer of documentation in Kazan, Nizhnekamsk and Pestrechinsky districts. Such districts as Bavlinsky, Nurlatsky, Sarmanovsky, and Tetyushsky have not started transferring.
As for the acceptance of already landscaped courtyards, 809 courtyards have been accepted today (out of 835 planned for landscaping in 2024).
Naila Zinnatullina said that the republic is preparing for work on the "Our Yard" program in 2025. 10 billion rubles have been allocated for these purposes. It is planned to improve 675 territories in 16 municipalities. The lists have already been compiled, and the final stage of approval is underway.
The purchase of equipment and preparation of final improvement schemes should be completed by the end of March 2025.
Rustam Minnikhanov noted that within the framework of the "Our Yard" program, the limits have been determined, and it is important to organize and carry out landscaping work efficiently. He drew attention to the fact that it is important to complete the landscaping of courtyards in the summer season. "This is very important," he said, "so that people feel the convenience and comfort of their landscaped yards in the summer."
