Major repairs of apartment houses made by 99.8 % in Tatarstan

As of October 24th, 2013, the volume of completed major repairs of apartment buildings in Tatarstan is 99.8 % of the annual limit. Major repairs in 33 municipalities have been completed. This was announced today by Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin at the Republic’s videoconference meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was held with all the municipal areas of Tatarstan and chaired by Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov. Irek Faizullin reported that of 842 houses the work had been completed at 831 facilities. Of these, 665 apartment houses were accepted by the State Housing Inspectorate. The Head of the Ministry of Construction noted that the funds of the owners in the amount of 75% had been transferred to carry out the major repairs. As for the program of major repairs of apartment houses for 2014, it was formed in the amount of 4.709 billion rubles (without metering devices and lease payments). Most of the work on the major repairs of schools in the Republic of Tatarstan was completed in 160 secondary schools and 7 special schools. In 2014, 160 schools (152 secondary and 8 special schools) will be repaired in the amount of 2.5 billion rubles. As part of the Republic’s program “Pure Water” the Fund for the installation of gas service laid 100 % of water pipeline (286.2 km). 100 % of artesian wells were drilled that is the plan for 2013 (25 wells). As of October 24th, 2013, the Fund put into operation all 3 thousand 295 double pressure boilers (100 % of the annual volume). The Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan reported on the operation of  information system “Narodnyi Kontrol” - in terms of complaints and suggestions of the population on major repairs of apartment houses, neighborhood beautification and parking cars off the roads. Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov asked the heads of the municipalities to pay special attention to the program on the construction of kindergartens. He also recalled that the President of the Republic of Tatarstan had set the task to prepare the necessary documentation for the construction programs for the coming year before January 1st, 2014.
