Fund for Housing Construction Development holds a “Dutch” auction in respect of a land plot intended for housing construction in the Republic of Tatarstan

On October 29th, 2013, a delegation of the Federal Fund for Housing Construction Development will come to the Republic of Tatarstan to participate in a roundtable discussion on the formation of the approaches to the development of a land plot of the Fund with a total area of ​​63.08 hectares, located in the southern part of the city of Kazan in Privolzhsky district.

The land plot suitable for the integrated development is intended for the housing construction, including the construction of low-income housing.

The auction for the sale of the right to sign the agreement on the uncompensated fixed-term use of a land plot for the construction of low-income housing with a developer’s commitment to sell such property to certain categories of citizens at a fixed price, will be held on November 7th, 2013.

The roundtable meeting will be attended by representatives of the executive authorities of the Republic, the administration of Kazan, and heads of resource providers, construction companies and banks.
