In Tatarstan, the planned indicators for housing commissioning have been fulfilled

Planned obligations for housing commissioning in the republic have been fulfilled - 3 million 200 thousand square meters have been commissioned. By the end of the year, it is planned to introduce approximately 3 million 450 thousand square meters, which will exceed last year's level of housing commissioning. This was reported at the meeting by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.

The meeting was held in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan, in videoconference mode with all municipal districts of the Republic. Rustam Minnikhanov held a meeting of the Rais of Tatarstan. The event was attended by Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin.

The annual plan for social mortgages has been fulfilled by 88%. Of the 56 houses that need to be built this year, 31 have been commissioned. Their total area is 142 thousand square meters.

In terms of individual housing construction, 17037 houses with an area of 2 million 300 thousand square meters have been commissioned to date.

80% of the planned volume has been commissioned through commercial construction: 128 apartment buildings with a total area of 756 thousand square meters.
