Goszhilfond provided new housing for 112 families of Kazan
In the residential complex "Makhabbat" of the residential district "Salavat Kupere" of Kazan, the settlement of a 112-apartment building began.
Public sector workers, employees of enterprises investing in the implementation of the social mortgage program, a grantee doctor, young and large families, as well as orphaned children improved their living conditions in the new building erected as part of the republican social library program. This made it possible to fulfill one of the main objectives of the national project "Housing and Urban Environment" — providing affordable and comfortable housing for our citizens.
The house has two entrances and 8 residential floors. All apartments in it are fully ready for living, equipped with plumbing, electric stoves, fire alarm sensors, water meters, electricity meters, heat regulators and an automatic remote data reading system.
In the near future, the State Housing Fund plans to transfer five more houses with 768 apartments to the participants of its housing programs in the Makhabbat residential complex. The next housewarming party here is scheduled for December 20th. The keys to their future apartments will be given to residents of a 168-apartment building at 24 I. Shakirov Avenue.
At the same time, the construction of three houses for 559 apartments continues in the residential area. Their technical readiness currently ranges from 51.5% to 75%.
In total, the residential complex "Makhabbat" will have 14 houses of variable number (10-18 floors) for 2003 apartments. Five houses with 564 apartments were occupied in late 2023 and early 2024.
"Makhabbat" is designed taking into account modern urban requirements – it includes comfortable common areas, courtyards without cars, recreation areas for age preferences, there is everything for relaxing and noisy games.
