Dear colleagues! Dear friends!

The new year 2025 is coming very soon. This is traditionally the time when we take stock and make plans for the future.

The past year has been a difficult one for Tatarstan's construction industry. Nevertheless, we have all successfully completed our tasks.

A record number of housing has been re-commissioned in the republic, more than 3.6 thousand social and cultural facilities have been built and repaired. Tatarstan has even more landscaped parks and squares, courtyards, and engineering infrastructure facilities. We will remember the year 2024 with the commissioning of iconic facilities, such as the Elmai Children's Park and the new building of the G.Kamal Theater in Kazan.

We have adequately coped with the challenges in the field of urban planning. During the year, the Ministry reviewed about 23,000 applications from residents of the republic within the framework of the transferred urban planning powers.

In the coming year, builders will face new challenges in implementing the new national project "Infrastructure for Life". Work will continue on national and other federal programs. I am sure that with our professional team we will fulfill all the tasks set.
