An additional 3 billion rubles have been allocated for the overhaul of apartment buildings in the republic.

Another 3 billion rubles have been allocated for the implementation of the program of capital repairs of apartment buildings in Tatarstan. Currently, lists of houses for inclusion in the program are being formed together with municipalities.

This was announced by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin at a traditional meeting at the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.

In his speech, Marat Aizatullin recalled that initially, last year, a list of objects was formed in the amount of 715 houses in 42 municipalities for 7 billion 341 million rubles.

To date, the Housing and Communal Services Fund has organized electronic auctions. Contractors have been identified in 184 buildings, 115 of them for the replacement of elevator equipment and 69 for construction and installation work.
