In 2025, within the framework of the Our Yard program of the Raisa of Tatarstan, it is planned to improve yard territories for a total amount of 10 billion rubles. This was stated by Arina Petrova, Chief of Staff of the Institute of Urban Development of the Republic of Tatarstan, curator of the program, on the regional day of the II All—Russian municipal forum "Small Motherland - the Strength of Russia".

As part of the implementation of the "Our Yard" program in Tatarstan, 679 yards are going to be renovated this year. Last year, it covered 835 sites.

Petrova recalled that the program of the Raisa of Tatarstan "Our Yard" was launched in 2020. Over the past period, more than 5,000 territories have been improved in the republic, spending 44 billion rubles for these purposes.

"I want to draw attention to this figure, it is very large. And here we are eternally grateful to our Raisa, who supports this initiative every year and allocates fabulous money. In 2025, we will have to repair 679 yards in the amount of 10 billion rubles. The budget has not decreased this year: last year it was 10 billion rubles. and this year, too. Despite the reduction in the number of houses this year – last year there were about 850 – our coverage of residents remains the same: 200 thousand people," said Petrova.

Alexey Yeresko, Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation, recalled at the forum in Kazan that since 2019, 31.9 thousand public spaces and more than 41 thousand courtyards have been landscaped in the country. The work took place within the framework of the national project "Housing and Urban Environment", which was completed in 2024.

"Of course, an important confirmation of the further development of the project was the president's decision to extend it in the next national project Infrastructure for Life," Yeresko said, adding that 30,000 additional facilities needed to be improved.
