The limit of the apartment building renovation program has been increased in Tatarstan this year

The limit of the program for the overhaul of apartment buildings this year has been additionally increased by 3 billion and amounts to 10 billion 341 million rubles. This was announced by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin at a republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.

"According to the additional limit, municipalities have submitted a preliminary list of houses for today, defective lists are being coordinated with the State Housing Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan and a program is being formed in the state information system for monitoring housing stock. The heads of municipal districts need to complete their work during the current week," the minister said.

Within the scope of the volumes approved by the Housing and Communal Services Fund at the end of 2024, electronic auctions are being held, contractors have been identified in 440 houses (in 115 - replacement of elevator equipment, in 325 - construction and installation work).
