The role of business in urban development was discussed at the Kazanysh Forum
The conference "The Role of Business in Urban Transformation" was held yesterday in Kazan as part of the Kazanysh International Architectural and Construction Forum.
Ilshat Gimaev, Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, President of the Union of Builders of the Republic of Tatarstan, took part in the session dedicated to the development of the urban environment in collaboration with the business community.
Speaking at the conference, the Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan said that by the end of 2024 Tatarstan ranks fifth in the Russian Federation in housing construction, having commissioned more than 3 million 452 square meters.m. "Of these, the maximum within the framework of individual housing construction is 2 million 352 thousand square meters, which is 68%, – noted by Ilshat Gimaev. - The role of business in these figures is enormous.It is businessmen and residents who are setting the trends of urban transformation today."
According to the deputy minister, there are plans to introduce housing in Tatarstan this year at least in 2024.
