This was announced today at a traditional meeting in the Government House of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.
Rustam Minnikhanov held a meeting with the involvement of all municipal districts of the Rais of Tatarstan.
According to Marat Aizatullin, 1.5% of the planned volume has been completed through commercial construction. These are 7 apartment buildings with a total area of more than 26 thousand square meters. m.
The plan for the social mortgage program is 35 residential buildings with a total area of 161.7 thousand square meters.m., of which 15 houses are in a high degree of readiness, the rest are in an average degree.
The greatest fulfillment of the plan is recorded in the line of individual housing construction. 525 thousand square meters have been commissioned here, or 37% of the plan.
