A rental house for KAMAZ employees has been occupied in Naberezhnye Chelny
Today, the Rais of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, as part of a working trip to Naberezhnye Chelny, took part in the solemn ceremony of settling an 18-storey rental house for KAMAZ employees. The event was attended by Ilshat Gimaev, Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services.
There are 179 apartments in the single–entrance building, including 108 one–room apartments, 53 two–room apartments and 18 three-room apartments. Their total area is 8.8 thousand square meters.m.
All apartments are fully finished, equipped with plumbing, electric stoves, fire alarm sensors, water meters, electricity meters, heat regulators and an automatic remote data reading system.
Rustam Minnikhanov noted that this is the third rental house within the framework of the support of KAMAZ employees. According to the agreement between the company and the State Housing Fund of the republic, six apartment buildings will be built for the employees of the auto giant.
In total, the State Housing Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan will provide 1,023 apartments for rent to employees of KAMAZ PJSC in Naberezhnye Chelny.
The minimum housing plan for 2025 is 3 million 260 thousand square meters. Of these, 1 million 416 thousand square meters will be commissioned through individual housing construction. 1 million 683 thousand square meters.m. will be commissioned in the segment of multi-apartment investment housing and 162 thousand square meters.m. under the social mortgage program.
