Tatarstan continues to prepare for the start of the "Our Yard" program in 2025. According to the RT Urban Development Institute Foundation, on February 10, the republic began purchasing equipment for equipping courtyards – sports, children's, etc. As of February 14th. of the total program limit, 80% of the equipment has been recruited. This year, the range of children's and sports equipment has been expanded by another local manufacturer, the company is located in the Drozhzhanovsky district.

The purchase of equipment has been completed in Agryzsky, Bugulminsky, Zainsky, Leninogorsk, Nurlatsky and Chistopolsky districts. A specification for them in the amount of 93.7 million rubles has been formed and submitted to the supplier for drawing up contracts with manufacturers.

An important area is the process of synchronizing the Our Yard program with programs for road works, replacement and repair of networks, as well as major repairs of apartment buildings.

Kazan, Agryzsky and Zelenodolsky districts have already begun to synchronize all types of work. The RT Institute for Urban Development Foundation recommended that other municipalities be more actively involved in this process. A significant amount will have to be completed in the Nizhnekamsk district, where it is planned to replace networks in 44 courtyards under the "Our Yard" program.

In addition, special attention will be paid to the maintenance of 4,083 courtyards, landscaped from 2021 to 2024. Inspections and "defects" are organized here. This is especially true for the equipment installed in the yards, as some of it is still under warranty service. The commission will also include equipment suppliers. There are also guarantees for asphalt pavement and lighting in a number of courtyards.

Detours are planned with the participation of representatives of the district administration and management companies.
