The Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, launched the "Batyrlar. Heroes of Tatarstan" program
"This is an analogue of the federal program "Time of Heroes", implemented on behalf of the President of the country," said Rustam Minnikhanov.
The main objectives of the program are to form and train a team of promising leaders from among the participants and veterans of the Free military, who will have the opportunity to realize their potential in the system of state and municipal administration in the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as in other areas.
Selection for the "Batyrlar. Heroes of Tatarstan" program will be held on a competitive basis and will include several stages: registration on the official website (https://batyrlar-rt.ru ), filling out a questionnaire, writing an essay, testing and interviewing.
The selection procedure is organized in such a way as to give each candidate the opportunity to prove himself, including active military personnel in the area of operation.
Citizens of the Russian Federation who are veterans or participants of their military education, who have professional education and experience in managing people, are allowed to participate.
Registration is available until March 30, 2025.
