583 thousand square meters of housing have been commissioned in Tatarstan

Damir Shaidullin, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, reported on the plans for housing construction at a meeting in the Government House of Tatarstan.

Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconference meeting with all municipal districts of Tatarstan. The meeting was attended by Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Farid Mukhametshin, Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin.

The plan for February 22 was fulfilled by 18%, 583 thousand square meters were commissioned. 2% of the planned volume was completed through commercial construction: these are 9 apartment buildings with a total area of more than 32 thousand square meters.

In terms of social mortgages, the annual plan has been fulfilled by 16%. Of the 35 houses that need to be built this year, 3 have been commissioned, their area is 25.4 thousand square meters.

The largest fulfillment of the plan is recorded in the line of individual housing construction - 525 thousand square meters were commissioned, or 37% of the plan.

Damir Shaidullin reported on the progress of housing provision for certain categories of citizens. For 66 young families, the Ministry of Youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan concluded agreements in the Electronic Budget system with 42 municipalities. Certificates are currently being presented to young families.

For large families with 5 or more children, 11 out of 24 certificates for residential premises have been issued (with an area of 1,050 square meters).
