The Federal Fund for Housing Development Construction summarized the results of the auction for the land plot with the area of 63 hectares, located in the southern part of the city of Kazan in Privolzhsky district. The auction was held for the purpose of building affordable housing for certain categories of citizens in need of the state support.
The winner is the Fund for Housing Development Construction, being the only member of the auction. The price per square meter amounted to 31,080.12 rubles.
