Preparation of yards for the construction season begins in Tatarstan
The implementation of the republican program "Our Yard" will be continued in Tatarstan this year.
According to Naili Zinnatullina, director of the RT Institute for Urban Development Foundation, yard preparation for the construction season will begin in the near future. "In a couple of weeks, we will start presenting the final improvement schemes to residents. I would like to remind you that the task of approving the minutes of the general meetings of owners has not yet been completed. The deadline was March 14th. As of today, out of 678 yards, protocols have been adopted for only 468 yards, another 116 sets of documents are being checked, 94 sets are still in the work of municipalities," said Naila Zinnatullina.
The work schedules of network organizations have been prepared for all 16 municipalities participating in the program. "Based on this information, we are moving on to the stage of forming schedules for road and lighting work. Schedules of road works in Naberezhnye Chelny, Yelabuga, Zainsky, Zelenodolsk, Laishevsky and Mamadyshsky districts have already been formed. The start of work is scheduled for April 1," said the Director of the RT Urban Development Institute Foundation.
As part of the preparation of yards for the construction season, the territories are being cleared of illegal buildings or working with the owners to put them in order, as well as cutting down emergency trees.
