The Union of Municipal Enterprises of Tatarstan summed up the results for 2024
The Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted the reporting and election general meeting of the Regional Branch Association of Employers "Union of Municipal Enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan". Damir Shaidullin, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, took part in the meeting.
The meeting summed up the work of the Union of Public Utilities of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2024 and set goals for the current year.
In a report, Chairman of the Board of Directors, member of the SEC of Housing and Communal Services Abrek Khairullin said that in 2025 the Union of Municipal Enterprises of Tatarstan turns 20 years old. During this period, the issues of reforming the housing and communal services, upgrading the water supply, sewerage and heating facilities of enterprises, solid waste disposal, the introduction of new, modern, economical technologies, and others were resolved.
According to Abrek Khairullin, 1,554 enterprises and organizations operate in the housing and communal services sector of Tatarstan. These are, in particular, 418 management companies, 735 homeowners' associations, and 195 resource supply organizations.
Every year, a lot of work is carried out by enterprises and organizations of housing and communal services to train and improve the skills of their specialists. So, in 2024, 1,837 specialists were trained.
In conclusion, an award ceremony was held for the best employees of enterprises and organizations of the housing and communal services of Tatarstan based on the results of their work in 2024.
