The overhaul of 141 apartment buildings in 8 municipalities of the republic has started

The Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin announced the progress of the program of capital repairs of apartment buildings last Saturday at a meeting in the Government House of Tatarstan.

This year, it is necessary to repair 911 houses, including 16 in which the owners form a capital repair fund on special accounts. The overall geography of the program covers 42 municipalities. To date, the draft resolution on amendments to the Short-term Plan is being approved by the Cabinet of Ministers.

The Housing and Communal Services Fund continues to work in terms of conducting electronic auctions. Contractors have been identified for 562 apartment buildings, including 134 facilities for the replacement of elevator equipment, and 428 buildings for construction and installation work.

Work began on 141 houses in 8 municipalities. Elevator equipment has been replaced in two apartment buildings. The total completion of the program is 5%. The rest of the houses are undergoing a stage of preparation for the active phase of renovation. They are scheduled to start in April.
