The Ministry of Construction of Tatarstan was visited by a delegation from Primorsky Krai

The Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan held a working meeting with a delegation from Primorsky Krai.

The participants discussed the issues of organizing work with municipal solid waste in Tatarstan.

First Deputy Minister Damir Shaidullin spoke about the organization of work in the field of municipal solid waste management in the republic. In particular, D.Shaidullin noted that by the end of 2024, Tatarstan had fulfilled all the planned indicators of the federal program "Integrated Solid Municipal Waste Management System", which was part of the Ecology national project. This year, considerable attention is being paid to the implementation of the national project "Environmental well-being", the main goal of which is to take care of the environment.  

"Today, 37 municipal solid waste landfills are in operation in the republic, MSW accumulations are carried out at 25,948 container sites and 5,3562 containers. Transportation of municipal solid waste is carried out by 490 units of special equipment," said the first deputy minister.

During the meeting, Vladimir Malyushitsky, Deputy Chairman of the Government of Primorsky Krai, who led the delegation, expressed special interest in the construction of an incinerator plant in the republic. 

Dmitry Gulak, General Director of AGK-2 LLC, informed about the construction stages of the energy recycling plant and the current situation at the facility.

Radik Salakhov, Director of Regional Environmental Operator LLC, presented plans to create waste recycling complexes in Tatarstan.

The meeting was also attended by regional operators for the management of municipal solid waste, LLC Grinta and LLC Management Company PZhKH. They reported on the organization of work with municipal solid waste in the areas of activity of regional operators.

The delegation of Primorsky Krai thanked the Tatarstan side for the information provided and the useful exchange of experience.
