The regional executive committee of United Russia discussed issues of municipal solid waste management
A round table was held in the regional executive committee of United Russia as part of the implementation of the regional party project "Gardener's House – family support". The main topic of the meeting was the management of municipal solid waste in horticultural non-profit partnerships.
The meeting was attended by Viktor Zateev, Deputy Head of the Regional Executive Committee of United Russia, Head of the Propaganda Department, Andrey Rosenthal, Deputy Head of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Republic of Tatarstan, Mazit Salikhov, Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, and Mazit Salikhov, Head of the Land and Property Relations Department of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan. Andrey Zamaliev, representatives of regional MSW management operators, chairmen of the agricultural co-op. The meeting was moderated by Dmitry Vorobyov, Chairman of the Public Council of Gardeners at the Tatarstan Regional Branch of the party.
During the meeting, representatives of regional operators voiced the legal requirements for the storage and disposal of municipal solid waste, and the chairmen of the agricultural co-op asked urgent questions. Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Mazit Salikhov answered some of them. In particular, the gardeners were interested in what to do if it is not possible to place the site in the border of the farming co-op? According to M. Salikhova, a garden non-profit partnership should apply to a local government body to allocate a land plot next to a farming co-op for rent or as an easement.
When asked where to deposit old car tires, the deputy minister said that in the Western zone of activity of the regional operator LLC "Management Company "PZhKH", work has begun on collecting car tires, in the Eastern zone of activity of the regional operator LLC "Grinta", the collection of car tires is mainly carried out at gas stations. 33 recycling points for old tires have been set up in the republic. To hand over the tires, it is enough to leave an application on the official website of PJSC Tatneft and bring the tires to the reception points located at gas stations at special sites. Gas station addresses can be found on the "Ecological map2 of the region.
Mazit Salikhov also explained that construction and repair waste should not be brought by gardeners to container sites. Waste is exported independently by concluding a paid contract with operators for the provision of services.
