Construction of social and cultural facilities continues in Tatarstan

The construction of social and cultural facilities was announced last Saturday at a meeting in the Government House of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.

In the field of education, 11 facilities are under construction, including 6 secondary schools. Preparations are underway for the start of construction of the facility in Buinsk. The remaining 5 schools are under construction by contractors. The total completion rate is 23%.

Of the five children's educational institutions, construction and installation work is carried out at four sites, their completion is estimated at 21%. Preparatory work is underway for another kindergarten in Kazan.

53 facilities will be built in the healthcare sector this year. Work on the construction of paramedic and obstetric centers has been completed by 32%. Work is underway at 46 sites. Work on the last facility in the Kukmorsky district will begin on April 7. At six other medical facilities, the volume of construction and installation work amounted to 23%.  All facilities are under construction by contractors.

In terms of youth policy, 11 facilities are included in the 2025 plan. These include 8 children's health camps, half of which are already under construction. The construction of four more facilities is scheduled to begin after April 10.

Of the three youth centers planned for construction, work is underway on two. Overall completion is 29%. Contractors will start work on the remaining facility at the end of April.

The republic's sports infrastructure is expected to be replenished with 23 facilities this year. Of these, 4 are indoor football arenas, for which the total performance is estimated at 7%.

The construction of universal sports grounds has been launched. The contractor entered the facility in Kazan. According to the plan, work will begin on 17 sites by the end of April.

The largest facility this year is the Football Development Center, which is a transitional facility. Its readiness for today is 33%.

Thanks to the state program "Integrated Rural Development", four cultural facilities will be built this year. The volume of work on the construction of two MFCs and a regional house of culture, taking into account the limits of last year, currently stands at 30%.  Work on the facility in the Buinsky district will begin in mid-April.

The construction of a Care Home in Zelenodolsk district, included in the national project "Family", is estimated at 47%.

The project of recultivation of silt fields in Kazan within the framework of the national project "Ecological well-being" has been completed by 88%.

Marat Aizatullin briefly reported on the implementation of three republican programs for the construction of other social infrastructure facilities.

According to the construction program of the executive committees, 15 facilities have been started, and today they are 13% completed. Work on the Menzelinsky district facility will begin on April 7.

The construction of six integrated service points has begun the active phase of work: here we record 8% of completion. The seventh facility in the Drozhannovsky district will be launched at the end of April.

According to the construction program for fire stations in Aktanyshsky and Vysokogorsky districts, 10% of construction and installation work has been completed.
