On May 14-16, the International Exhibition and Conference in the field of real estate, development, architecture and design International Property Market (IPM) will be held for the second time as part of the International Economic Forum "Russia – the Islamic World: KazanForum". It will bring together leading experts, investors and developers from different countries and open up new opportunities for international cooperation. The exhibition is dedicated to the economic efficiency of the construction industry and development in Russia and abroad, and will become one of the country's main platforms for direct dialogue between developers and the public sector.
The total area of the IPM exhibition will be more than 10,000 square meters. meters. The largest Russian and foreign developers, architects, and leading construction companies will present their flagship facilities and present new projects for the first time.

On May 15-16, 2025, the International Islamic Symposium on the architectural environment IBEIS 2025 will be held as part of the IPM. This event will bring together leading scientists, architects, practicing urbanists, representatives of government and religious organizations to discuss the integration of Islamic values into the concept of sustainable urban development.
