Today, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted a seminar-meeting on the organization of work on testing the mechanism of exchange trading with JSC Exchange CTS and the occupancy of construction resources of the Federal State Information System of Pricing in Construction (FGIS CA). It was attended by representatives of the Treasury Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan, subordinate and contracting organizations.
Deputy Minister Ilnur Nurmukhametov, who held the meeting, said that the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan is working purposefully to test the mechanism of exchange trading. In particular, to date, the Ministry has registered 12 contractors and 16 suppliers on the CTS Exchange. 13 auctions were held to lower the price, as a result of which contracts were concluded for a total of 9 million rubles. Joint work in this direction continues.
Dmitry Zolotov, Director of the GR Department of CTS EXCHANGE JSC, noted the importance of the ongoing work in the Republic of Tatarstan, which promotes transparent pricing of key construction products for the Russian Federation and provides non-discriminatory access to contractors to lots from various manufacturers of construction and inert materials.
Also, the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan and the State Educational Institution "Management of State Expertise and Pricing of the Republic of Tatarstan for Construction and Architecture" are monitoring the filling of the FGIS CA with up-to-date information. These data are necessary for the formation of estimated prices of construction resources and the calculation of indices of changes in the estimated cost of construction. In addition, the Ministry carries out explanatory work with suppliers, manufacturers of price-forming construction resources and organizations providing loading and unloading and stevedoring services. At the beginning of 2025, 753 Tatarstan enterprises were registered in the FGIS CA.
