The total implementation of the apartment building renovation program in Tatarstan is 11%
This was announced last Saturday at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic Marat Aizatullin.
The capital repair program for apartment buildings this year includes 911 facilities, of which 16 have special accounts where the owners form an overhaul fund. House renovation works will be carried out in 42 municipalities. To date, the draft resolution on amendments to the Short-term Plan is being approved by the Cabinet of Ministers.
Work continues on the organization of electronic auctions. The Housing and Communal Services Fund has identified contractors for 562 apartment buildings, including the replacement of elevator equipment for 134 facilities, and construction and installation work for 428 houses.
At the moment, within the framework of the traded facilities, work is underway on 269 houses located in 23 municipalities. The total program completion is 11%. The rest of the houses are undergoing a stage of preparation for the active phase of renovation. They are scheduled to begin in the middle of this month.
