In Tatarstan, the housing commissioning plan was fulfilled by 47%, which amounts to 1 million 542 thousand square meters. m. This was announced last Saturday at a meeting in the Government House of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.

As the minister noted, the lowest performance is observed in the commercial construction segment — to date, only 10% of the annual volume has been completed, which is 175 thousand square meters. m. Under the social mortgage program, 4 apartment buildings with a total area of 52 thousand square meters have been commissioned, which corresponds to the implementation of the plan at the level of 32%. The Minister recalled that the commitments for 2025 provide for the construction of 35 houses under this program.

It is also noted that 93% of the annual plan has been completed through individual housing construction, 1 million 314 thousand square meters of housing have been commissioned.
