On the progress of the construction of houses for local police officers in Almetyevsky area

This year, 82 complexes combining a divisional police station with living quarters are to be built in 39 areas of Tatarstan. Two houses for rural local police officers are being built in Almetyevsky area under the Integrated Program on Crime Prevention in the Republic of Tatarstan scheduled for 2011-2014 in the villages of Novoye Kashirovo and Russky Aktash.

Construction works in an individual residential house in village Novoye Kashirovo are being carried out by contractor LLC “AlmaStroi”. The work began in July of this year and today it is being completed. Now, the interior is being finished. It remains to lay linoleum, install doors and hang wallpaper. One part of the house will be occupied by a local police officer’s family. It has 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a dressing room, a bathroom and a water closet. The other part of the house will be a working office and an office for the reception of citizens. All the rooms will be equipped with furniture.

“There are no problems in the construction. The executive committee of the area took all the necessary measure.  All the issues were resolved quickly and at the highest level”, said Marat Amirkhanov, Director of LLC “AlmaStroi”.

In village Russky Aktash there will be built only a house for a local police officer as the police station is located in the building across the street. The contractor is LLC “Modern building systems”. The area of the house is 80 square meters.

 “All the work is being completed. It only remains to execute the documentation”, says Airat Mavletbayev, Director of LLC “Modern building systems”.

Head of the area Mazit Salikhov gave evaluation of the work: “The work is being done. There is only finishing work to be completed. The work started in July, in on the schedule. I think will meet the deadline and put the facilities into operation by the end of November. The contractors will complete the work by November 20th, 2013. The local police officers will live comfortably here and will be able to properly arrange their activities”.

Thanks to the construction of the complex combining a divisional police station with living quarters, a local police officer will be even closer to the public and will be able to help them at any time of the day.
