A workshop on “Regional programs on major repairs of the common property in apartment buildings. Organization of the regional operator activities” will be held on December 17th-18th, 2013 in Kazan.

The organizers of the event are the State Corporation - Fund Assisting the Restructuring of Housing and Public Utilities and the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The workshop will be attended by chairmen and members of boards of trustees of funds for major repairs, representatives of the authorities of the Russian Federation entities, experts of the housing sector, representatives of regional centers of social control in the housing sector, public organizations and associations.

The participants will discuss the issues related to statutory regulation of regional systems of major repairs of the common property in apartment buildings, the development of regional programs on major repairs in the Russian Federation entities and short-term plans for their implementation, the creation of a regional operator and control over its activities, the interaction of government authorities of the Russian Federation entities and municipalities with the citizens in the formation and organization of regional systems of major repairs, as well as methods to inform property owners of apartment buildings on the formation procedure of regional systems on major repairs of apartment buildings and the amount of the contribution for major repairs.
