Ilshat Gimaev, Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, participated in the general meeting of the ASRO "Commonwealth of Builders of the Republic of Tatarstan" based on the results of its activities in 2024.
The meeting was held for the 16th time with the participation of representatives of 816 companies of Tatarstan.
Ramil Gafiyatullin, the General Director of the Association, delivered a report on the work of the Association. He spoke about the results of the planned inspections in 2024. As a result, 321 companies that scored 90 or more points on an indicative assessment have been exempt from inspections this year.
Another measure of support for construction companies is loans from the compensation fund for contractual obligations. The deadline has now been extended until January 1, 2026.
Ilshat Gimaev, Deputy of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, noted that the Commonwealth of Builders of the Republic of Tatarstan is the anchor self–regulatory organization of the Republic and its activities are under the control of the Rais of Tatarstan. "The Association is doing a lot of necessary work, which the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan highly appreciates," he said.
The best employees of construction companies were awarded republican and departmental awards.
