Programs in the field of construction and purchase of housing being implemented in Kamsko-Ustinsky municipal area

A number of social programs in the field of construction and purchase of housing    are being implemented in Kamsko-Ustinsky municipal area. During 10 months of 2013 they already introduced 9,825 square meters of housing, which is 103.4 % of the plan.

7,725 thousand square meters of housing for veterans of the Great Patriotic War were commissioned by means of  private contractors, including the agro-industrial complex. 20 single-apartment houses were commissioned in urban-type settlement Kuibyshevsky Zaton. These are low-rise buildings with the total area of ​​2.1 square meters built for employees of LLC “Fonika Gips”.

Program “Social development of village until 2013” involved 11 families. The total amount of the loan was 8,940.800 million rubles. The participants of the program are already living in newly built single-apartment houses.   

As for program “Social Mortgage”, two families got new comfortable apartments in 2013.

The construction of houses for local police officers, combined with a police station, is being completed in rural settlements Tenkovskoye and Bolsheklyarinskoye.
